Suregreen PP30 has been designed to be an easy to install highly decorative paver yet still provides a strong permeable surface. The paver has been made with a plastic mesh foot on the underside to help retain the gravel in place making this paver the ideal choice when using high end decorative gravel. This coupled with the specifically selected plastics used to manufacture the PP30, gives a grid that can lay flat on a compacted surface and be filled with gravel.
The Suregreen PP30 can be used to create hardworking pedestrian walkways, domestic car parking areas and driveway installations. The paver has been tested to withstand a compression weight of 500 tonnes per m2 when filled assuming the paver has been installed correctly, this would be strong enough for occasional oil deliveries and sceptic tank cleaning.
The paver is designed to be quick and easy to install and with no pegging required, each individual grid connects to one another to create a single durable surface that is highly resistance to deformation and fracture. The paver is manufactured from plastics that can withstand drastic changes in temperatures and can be used for parking all year round.
The paver is made to be installed on a load bearing compacted permeable hardcore base. The paver has resilient securing clips on the side of the grids allowing the pavers to be connected to each other. The paver is then commonly filled with a sharp angular grave to help hold the gravel in situ. Preferably this gravel should be mixed in size 5mm to 20mm car use and smaller – 5mm to 15mm -for walkways and car parking areas. The PP30 –
