Windbreak Fencing

Windbreak mesh is designed to reduce wind speeds by up to 50%, making it ideal for nurseries, allotments and gardens, where tender plants can easily become damaged as a result of harsh weather.  Suregreen supply three types of windbreak fencing:

• Windbreak Fencing Mesh
• Windbreak Cladding Mesh
• Knitted Windbreak Mesh

Which windbreak fencing do I need?

All windbreak fencing in Suregreen’s range will reduce destructive wind speeds, so the type of mesh used depends upon its application.  Knitted Windbreak Mesh is our heaviest duty windbreak fencing, made from HDPE plastic mesh to protect plants from extreme weather.  Windbreak Cladding Mesh is manufactured differently to our other meshes, using stretched UV-stabilised plastic to increase the tensile strength with 10x6mm oval holes.
