1. General Terms and Conditions of Sale
If you order a Suregreen product through the website, you will also be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“General Terms”) apply to any order you place through the Suregreen website at www.sure-green.com (the “Website”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our site. By placing an order through the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these General Terms in their entirety. In addition, the following terms and conditions apply for the purpose of online purchasing and distance selling:
Your Status
By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:
- you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
- you are at least 18 years old.
Price and Payment
The price of our products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on our Website, except in the case of obvious error. All prices are displayed in pounds Sterling exclusive and inclusive of UK VAT where applicable unless expressly indicated otherwise.
All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, technical specifications and prices are provided as a guide only. E&OE. Origin Suregreen Limited is not liable for any discrepancies.
Please note that all products that you order through the Website will remain the property of Suregreen until we have received payment in full from you for those products.
Delivery
Our standard delivery is 2-5 working days. You can view the estimated cost in your shopping basket. This cost is based on the volume of your order and your location.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
At Suregreen, it is our priority to ensure you are happy with your order.
Our Returns Policy means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the items you have purchased, or you simply do not need them anymore, you can return them to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days and we’ll replace them or issue a full refund (less the original delivery charge and a collection charge).
Additionally, you have the right to cancel your order prior to despatch for a full refund.

Paver Damage Policy
Whilst every effort is made to ensure your paving slabs are packed securely, damages can occasionally occur during transit. We strongly recommend checking your delivery thoroughly and ensuring you have the full quantity of usable slabs on-site before booking any tradespeople or starting your project.
This gives you time to inspect your goods and raise a query with our team if needed, helping to avoid delays. Origin Suregreen cannot be held responsible for any arrangements made between customers and contractors that are affected by delivery issues.
If your claim is successful, we will issue a refund for the total value of the damaged goods. Please note that we do not offer free replacements.
Damaged slabs can often be used for offcuts. We recommend setting aside any slabs with damage and using them where the affected areas can be trimmed or concealed.
Minor chips to edges or corners may occur during handling or transportation. These are not eligible for claims, as they do not affect the performance of the slab and are typically hidden once the patio is pointed.
We are unable to accept claims for orders that have been collected by the customer or a third party arranged by the customer.
If you do need to raise a query, please ensure all instances of damage are included in the initial query to our customer care team.

Origin Suregreen Limited is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15081114, whose registered office is 1-3 Freeman Court, Jarman Way, Orchard Road, Royston, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, SG8 5HW and whose primary place of business is at Viridis House, Toppesfield Road, Finchingfield, Essex, CM7 4NZ.
