Suregreen supply a diverse range of agricultural fencing for farming applications, including stock fencing, electric fencing, deer fencing, game rearing fencing, post and rail fencing, barbed wire, straining line wire and wire tensioning and joining systems.  Our agricultural fencing range includes leading brands TORNADO, Hampton, FORTIS and Gripple – relied upon by fencing professionals across the globe for strong, secure, and long-lasting fencing time and again.

What is agricultural fencing?

Agricultural fences are used to keep animals contained in an area, to deter animals from entering, or to keep humans from walking through fields and crops.  Typically, agricultural fencing includes livestock fencing, electric fencing and post and rail fencing.

Which type of agricultural fencing do I need?

The type of agricultural fencing required depends on the type of animals to be confined or deterred, terrain and location.  For example, large horses will need a higher boundary since they are more likely to jump over a fence, whilst goats will climb, jump and dig under fencing, meaning barbed wire or electric fencing is often considered to deter them from doing so.

Post and rail fencing is one of the most traditional types of agricultural fencing and can be paired with stock fencing, barbed wire, straining line wire and electric fencing for a secure finish that is set to last.  It is also a good option where a gate is required – shop our field gates.
