PR, Social and Digital Executive

We are looking for a talented PR, Social & Digital Executive to join our friendly and growing Marketing team. The main duties of the role include:

- Developing and delivering a PR plan to drive local and national brand awareness

- Researching and writing press releases, articles, case studies and more for key trade media

- Producing high-quality social media and creative assets (images, videos and graphics)

- Assisting in managing the organic social media content calendar and community engagement

- Analysing social, email and PR campaigns and reporting results to the wider team

- Researching and developing our trade marketing databases

Salary: £26,000-29,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Category Manager

We are looking to an experienced Category Manager to join our Category Management team in Finchingfield.  The key responsibilities include:

- Taking financial ownership of the category/product range (inc. turnover and gross margin)

- Ability to increase profitable sales growth for all new and existing product ranges

- Complete management of product lifecycle

- Dynamic price checking and setting across all online channels

- Building your own strong product knowledge for your category

- Working with the Purchasing team to source quality products at the right prices

- Extensive competitor analysis and understanding of competitor pricing structures

- Generating new product lines and taking them to market at the right pricing point via the right channels

- Building a digital marketing strategy to maximise online sales growth

Salary: £35,000-45,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Senior Buyer

Are you an organised Senior Buyer looking to join a growing business?  Working as a key member of the Buying team, you will:

- Send out enquiries for appropriate materials and analyse quotations

- Place orders with suitable suppliers for specified materials

- Consolidate purchases of materials to achieve maximum economic benefit

- Chase deliveries from suppliers that are overdue or urgent

- Collect and analyse data to help predict trends and forecast sales figures

- Reviewing and updating supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws and regulations

- Negotiating terms and prices with suppliers and freight companies and monitoring their performance

Salary: £40,000-50,000 per annum, depending on experience 

Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Assistant Buyer

We are looking for a passionate Assistant Buyer to support our purchasing department.  Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the buyer with the selection of the right product mix

- Writing, placing and tracking purchase orders

- Negotiating with vendors and building positive, long-term relationships

- Researching new suppliers and making recommendations to the buyer

- Preparing competitive retail and pricing strategies

- Planning, monitoring and maintaining suitable inventory levels

- Compiling reports on product performance and statistics

Salary: £25,000-30,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Class 2 HGV Driver

We are looking for an experienced Class 2 HGV/ALLMI Crane License Operator to deliver timber, mulches and other landscaping materials to our customers.  This is a full time position with an immediate start.  The key responsibilities of the role include:

- Delivering goods in a professional and timely manner

- Providing high levels of customer service

- Loading and unloading the vehicle

- Assisting with warehouse picking when required

Pay: £35,000 per annum

Schedule: 40 hours per week, with overtime in peak periods

Customer Care Associate

Are you passionate about providing amazing customer service? Do you want to be part of a fast-growing, family-run business? We are looking for Customer Service Associates to work with us within our Customer Care team.  The main duties of the role include:

- Answering customer phone calls, email enquiries and live chats in a prompt and courteous manner

- Providing product, price and delivery information to customers

- Processing orders in a correct and timely manner

- Attending to and welcoming customers visiting our trade counter

- Taking customer payments in accordance with our payment procedure

- Working with the rest of the team to collectively achieve the budget

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Schedule: 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shift patterns worked on a rotation across our core opening hours (Monday – Friday 7am-6pm, Saturday 8am-5pm, Sunday 8am – 4pm)
