Further information
Cant rails are most commonly used with feather edge boards to create closeboard fencing. Pressure treated and with one sloping side to let rain water run off, these rails are made for exterior use.
Two Cant Rails are created from one 125mmx47mm thick rail. This is then cut diagonally to create a thick end (approx. 70mm) which tapers down to a thinner end (approx. 50mm). This is why we list them as 2ex.
