Suregreen offer a range of belts and blocks to safely and securely attach trees to support stakes and posts. We have a number of rubber blocks to fit most applications, the different shapes and sizes allows the blocks to fit safely between the wooden support and the tree, minimises abrasion and help ensure a more secure hold between the tree and post. The rubber belt comes in 10m lengths and can be easily cut down to size, the belt is simply fed through the block and around the tree and support post to ensure they are securely held together.
Our range of rubber blocks:
Rounded Slotted Block -
A rubber block that has both faces curved inwards to fit securely between a rounded support post and the tree. It also has two slots within the block for a belt to be fed through to help secure the block in place between the tree and stake.
These blocks are available in two different sizes –
- 50mm wide x 35mm tall x 25mm thick (Please note the 2.5cm block and only support the smaller 24mm belt)
- 65mm wide x 50mm tall x 38mm thick
Flat Slotted Block -
A rubber block that has a single face curved inward and the other face is flat, this allows this block to fit between a squared/ flat support post and a tree. It also has two slots within the block for a belt to be fed through to help secure the block in place between the tree and stake.
These blocks are available in two different sizes –
- 50mm wide x 35mm tall x 25mm thick (Please note the 2.5cm block and only support the smaller 24mm belt)
- 65mm wide x 50mm tall x 38mm thick
Flat Standard Block -
A rubber block that has a single face curved inward and the other face is flat, this allows this block to fit between a squared/ flat support post and a tree. This block does not have slots for a belt instead it has indentations for a nail to be put through the block securing it to the support post.
These blocks are available in two different sizes –
- 50mm wide x 35mm tall x 25mm thick
- 65mm wide x 50mm tall x 38mm thick
Rubber belts -
We offer two variants of rubber belt, both can be used with all our slotted blocks and come supplied in a 10m roll. One belt is 24mm wide and the other is 35mm, the thinner belt is ideal for smaller/ younger trees and the thicker should be used for larger trees or in environments that may be particularly exposed to the elements.
