1. The Order Drops In
Your order enters our system and is immediately picked up by our operations team. Everything is checked—stock levels, delivery postcode, product combinations, and any special notes. If anything doesn’t look right, we’ll give you a call. Otherwise, we move straight to picking.
2. We Pick It—Fast
In our warehouse, the team gets to work gathering your materials. Whether it's timber posts, geotextiles, or metal fixings, we know exactly where everything is.
Our yard staff are trained to work efficiently but carefully. Every item is picked, counted, and quality-checked to make sure you’re getting exactly what you paid for—no missing bits, no damaged packs.
3. Checked Again for Accuracy
Before it’s packed up, your order is double-checked by another team member. We make sure the quantity, product codes, and destination match up perfectly.
If you’ve ordered something large or fragile—like fencing rolls, mesh, or pallets—we also take extra steps to protect it during transit.
4. Packed and Loaded
Once everything is confirmed, it’s securely packed and labelled. Depending on the size of your order, it’ll either be loaded onto one of our trusted courier partners’ vehicles or go out via pallet network. We also offer direct-to-site delivery on larger commercial orders—let us know what suits your job best.
5. On the Road
Once it’s out the gate, you’ll get tracking info or a heads-up from our team if you’ve arranged something more bespoke. For most in-stock items, next-day delivery is the standard—because waiting around is never ideal.
6. Delivered to You (On Time)
When the lorry rolls up, you get exactly what you ordered, when we said it would arrive. No fuss, no chasing. If there’s ever an issue, we sort it—quickly and without drama.
