Main Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets.
- Accountable for managing sales, margin, and costs (P&L) of the team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans in collaboration with the Managing Director.
- Foster customer relationships and improve market penetration.
- Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
- Serve as the point of contact for customers, resolving queries and complaints effectively.
- Maintain records on CRM system for customer growth and retention.
- Collaborate with senior management and other teams for effective teamwork.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong sales acumen and desire to lead and manage people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational proficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
- Strong networking, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Full UK Driving License required.
