Location: Finchingfield, near Braintree, Essex

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets.
  • Accountable for managing sales, margin, and costs (P&L) of the team.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans in collaboration with the Managing Director.
  • Foster customer relationships and improve market penetration.
  • Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers, resolving queries and complaints effectively.
  • Maintain records on CRM system for customer growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other teams for effective teamwork.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong sales acumen and desire to lead and manage people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and organizational proficiency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong networking, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Full UK Driving License required.
