Location: Finchingfield, near Braintree, Essex
Type: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week
The Role
- Being part of a dynamic team to develop others and contribute to our ever-growing company and environment.
- Quoting and liaising with customers to determine suitable products, whilst maintaining margin potential.
- Developing relationships with tradesmen and suppliers.
- Working closely with the Sales and Customer care team to develop and implement strategic sales strategies and plans.
- Maintain existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedules to call on existing or potential customers.
- Build a relationship with the customer and be their main point of contact.
- Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities through cold and warm calling.
- Experience of multi-customer Account management.
- Research companies, develop key contacts and establish strong product and market knowledge.
- Use software to ensure CRM data is available for customer retention.
- Monitor competition and customer needs by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising methods.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations.
- Provide customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
- Submit orders by referring to price lists and product ranges.
- Highlight additional services and products offered by Origin Suregreen Ltd.
- Recommend changes in products and services by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training and through in-house support.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Site visits to customers are necessary as and when required to increase rapport and to understand the project being quoted.
- Proven track record of sales and achieving growth by hitting sales targets.
- Proven ability to implement and drive the sales process from plan to close
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies.
