20mm square Garden Mesh Netting

Plastic garden mesh with a 20mm square mesh aperture. The black plastic fencing mesh is supplied in 1m x 10m and 1m x 25m rolls. Ideal for garden fencing, plant support and plant protection.

20mm garden mesh is a necessity in most gardens, whether it is used for garden fencing, tree guards, plant support, dog and pet fences or to protect against wild animals including fox's.

Typical Garden Mesh uses:

  • Perimeter fencing
  • Garden fences
  • Dog and pet areas
  • Protecting trees from rabbits / tree guards
  • Climbing plant support netting
  • Seed bed protection
  • Bird Protection
  • Rabbit protection

The plastic mesh is UV stabilised, rot proof and can be installed onto wooden fencing posts but battening, using u-nails or can be tied to metal posts using cable ties. 20mm is a multi-purpose mesh size that can be used for many applications within the garden. We also supply a 5mm garden mesh, 25mm garden mesh and a 50mm clematis / garden fencing.

Installing 20mm plastic mesh fencing

When installing a plastic 20mm mesh fence, it is important not to pin / fix through the mesh filaments as this can weaken them and cause ripping. We would suggest battening to treated rounded wooden fence stakes and the use of a line wire for tension and tautness. All materials can be ourchased from this website.
