Christmas Deliveries and Office Hours
Orders placed before 12:00 on 22nd December will be dispatched for delivery 27th December
Orders placed between 12:00 on 22nd – 11:00 on 27th December will be dispatched for delivery 28th/29th December
Orders placed between 11:00 on 27th – 11:00 on 29th December will be dispatched for delivery 2nd January
Orders placed between 11:00 29th – 16:00 on 2nd January will be dispatched for delivery 3rd/4th January
After the 2nd January we will be back to normal working and delivery hours.
Please note pallet services and Royal Mail will not be collecting during the Christmas period, the last day to order for delivery this year is 21st December otherwise orders taken during this period will be dispatched 2nd January for delivery on the 3rd.
Many couriers see a large increase in deliveries during this period so please show this consideration when awaiting deliveries.

We offer Next Working Day delivery as a standard delivery service by absorbing all extra costs required to send goods out on an overnight service.
We also pride ourselves in using the most reliable and efficient couriers to ensure you receive the best possible service.
You can view the estimated delivery cost in your shopping basket. This cost is based on the volume of your order and for an England and Wales mainland location. Delivery to other areas is calculated based on your location in the checkout process.

If the goods you have ordered are damaged, faulty or incorrect, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange to have the product sent out again free of charge, or we'll give a full refund!
In the events of goods being "out of stock", our staff will always contact you to either arrange partial delivery or hold the goods until we have a complete order or cancel the order as you wish. If we have made a rare mistake and forgotten to include something, we will get it sent to you without delay, free of charge.
Our couriers normally leave the goods in a safe place. If you do not wish your goods to be left for any reasons please state this in the "special delivery instructions" on the checkout page. Large orders and pallet deliveries are often unable to be left in a safe location and will require a signature.
If the parcel is unable to be signed for or to be left in a safe place, our courier will leave a card alerting you to the missed delivery. Please contact us or the courier directly to arrange another delivery. The majority of our orders will be redelivered free of charge however for pallet deliveries this will incur a redelivery fee.
Delivery / Access Restrictions
If your delivery address has any vehicular access restrictions that may cause an issue with the delivery, please notify us at point of ordering so we can advise the courier and request a smaller vehicle etc. where necessary.
Where re-delivery is required due to a restriction of which we have not been notified, an additional charge may be incurred.
* Large orders requiring palletisation (normally Planters, Wooden Posts and Grass Reinforcement products) placed close to 4pm cut off can be subject to courier space restrictions. To ensure delivery requirements are met, for such orders, please call our customer services team well in advance of the 4 pm deadline.
